Position
As a functional manager, you are the linking pin between the business and the IT organisation. You are part of a dynamic and enthusiastic team comprising functional managers, project managers, release managers, test coordinators, testers and business information analysts. We are looking for an empowered individual who can mobilise and organise, and has the ambition to make a difference through an innovative approach. You ensure that customer wishes are correctly interpreted in the form of tangible ICT solutions that can be rapidly implemented, and fulfil a key role between customer and supplier. This also means that you perform policy-supporting activities and develop proposals for new or improved guidelines and functionalities. You write system manuals, monitor the performance of the system and support users in the correct use of the information systems. In addition, you take part in consulting with users to acquire clear insight into customer expectations. Of course, Aegon will furnish you with space and means to achieve the desired improvements as effectively as possible.
The post for this vacancy is in the Netherlands and candidates must have a Dutch work and residency permit.
Profile
• You are an ambitious starter and have (almost) completed a university study in computer science, (e.g. Business Mathematics and Informatics), econometrics, mathematics, physics or comparable.
• You are bursting with ambition and want to take part in the transformation of our company to create a leading, customer-oriented organisation in financial services.
•You are full of initiative, result oriented, exude expertise and have a capacity for solving problems.
