As a Global Recruitment Business Partner your first job is to build strong relationships with key business stakeholders. Understanding your business' current and future needs and building business partnerships is crucial to create a sustainable labor market supply solution.
Business demand and labor market intelligence is merged in a multi-annual staffing plan.
To accomplish your plan, you guide recruitment operations worldwide within your sector and work closely with Sourcers, Recruiters, HR Managers, Labor Market Communications, Academia, etc. Finally, you are global subject matter expert on one or more staffing related areas, like selection, onboarding and deployment.

Global responsibility for recruitment operations for your specific sectors.

• Collect staffing demand  and create sector focused staffing plan incl. demand, acquisition, deployment and retention, sourcing organized pro-actively on critical roles;
• Build sustainable relationships with key business stakeholders and relevant academia globally;
• Responsible for reviewing, defining and adjusting the staffing processes across ASML's worldwide recruitment organization; 
• Defining and executing unique recruitment strategies to attract and engage with the very best candidates;
• Global ‘subject matter expert' for our recruitment team on a specific topic.

ASML - Global Recruitment Business Partner Job Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in preferably a Technical area, Human Resources or Psychology.

• Great communication skills and able to communicate large complex changes to people in different continents;
• Comfortable at rolling up your sleeves to get things done and the next moment being part of deeply complex strategy discussions;
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, ability to analyze data, understand trends, develop recommendations for action based on the analysis;
• Ability to drive efforts and projects through influence, relationships, and broad knowledge base;
• A team-player that likes to work hard, but also likes to have fun with your colleagues.
