System Engineer/Architect In-Vehicle Networking CAN/LIN/FlexRay Job Description

• Development of new product ideas and creative system concepts in the area of in-vehicle networking CAN/LIN/FlexRay as a customer interface to product development
• Building of prototypes for system and concept validation
• Preparation of product campaigns by development of technical documentation, demonstrators and design-in activities at the customer
• Technical support for key customers as well as collaboration with regional customer support teams
• Technical marketing and competitor benchmarking targeting the further strengthening of NXP's market leadership in in-vehicle networking
• Advertising activities like trade fairs and publications
• Product trainings for application- and sales engineers

System Engineer/Architect In-Vehicle Networking CAN/LIN/FlexRay Job Requirements

Your Profile: 
• University degree in Electrical / Automotive Engineering or similar
• Good experience within the automotive area
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the role as System Engineer or Application Engineer, Requirements Engineer
• Good knowledge in analog and digital circuit technology
• Knowledge about in-vehicle communication circuits and networks is a plus
• Experience in programming of embedded systems is a plus 
• Good experience in presentation of technical requirements
• Structured and analytical way of work
• Confident appearance and high self-motivation
• Costumer and team focus in an international environment
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
• Willingness to travel
