R&D Engineer (m/f) Job Description

Is R&D for servo drives and control technology the world in
which you find yourself at home? Or is it the world you’d
like to conquer after attaining your degree? Do you have the

cutting edge of the latest developments? Perhaps even

Your tasks: The field of motor development is of strategic
significance for the further expansion of our leading position
in this business. This is why we intend to bundle the R&D
and manufacturing expertise of our international locations
in our corporate headquarters in order to better coordinate
our R&D effort. We are offering you the opportunity to fill a
key role in the founding of this new, innovative competence
center. Your mission is to create synergies in forming a pool
of knowledge to optimize innovation processes. Together
with a team of international specialists, you will be the
driving force of our motor development in close cooperation
with our European subsidiaries. The electrical design and
calculation of motors is just as much your responsibility as
the support, setup and testing of (prototype) motors and the
transition to series production at our international locations.

R&D Engineer (m/f) Job Requirements

Your qualifications: degree in electrical engineering • as a
graduate: familiarity with electromagnetic fields, electrical
machines and/or electrical drive technology • as a senior:
experience in motor development – the more the better • a
good understanding of systems – ideally for use in machine
tools • very good communication skills – in English and
German.
