Test Manager (DVT)
Your Challenge
As a Test Manager you contribute to the planning of the design verification testing (DVT) activities for our DBS implant systems. You are responsible for coordinating the preparation and execution of DVT at the in-house test lab of MEDC, other test labs within Medtronic and external test houses. The preparation for DVT entails (a) the development, realization and validation of test tooling (b) the writing, reviewing and practicing of test cases (c) the validation of test cases and test methods. DVT will be performed under the MEDC Quality Management System. You strive for completion of DVT while assuring quality and compliance to applicable standards and regulations. In this role you will closely work together with internal and external test engineers and project managers in order to complete design verification according to plan.
Your profile
• Degree in Biomedical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent (HBO bachelor or higher)
• 5+ years of experience as a test engineer with planning of complex test programs
• Experience with Quality Assurance in a Medical Device Company
• Experience with equipment qualification and test method validation
• Experience with risk management and product development processes
• Fluency in English which is the daily working language

Our implant and image-guided programming of these are based on patented technologies. In the coming years we will develop our products and do clinical validation.
