- Manage the cross sector teams to deliver reliable and sustainable project deliverables at lowest cost of ownership;
- Act as main project liaison between our Customer Service and ASML IT organization;
- Project plan and PID (Project Initiation Document) development;
- Project change control;
- Stakeholder management;
- Benefit and change management;
- Reporting progress and budget;
- Risks and issue management;
- Project closure including the capture of lessons learned.
Job Description The Project Manager CS NON- PGP (Product Generation Process) is responsible for the introduction of new products and or services to our Customer Service organization. This includes the standard product deliverables as well as the organizational and infrastructure changes required to support these options.
In this role you:
- Understand the business processes of ASML, the technology roadmap and reflects it into CS project - and execution plan(governance, resource & organization);
- Will functionally lead a team of CS Project Leaders (CSPL's), each responsible for their own sub projects;
- Bring alignment to this team and ensure common way of working;
- Are responsible to adhere to the ASML project methodology for successful roll out of after passing the milestones;
- Find the optimum balance between risks, resources, cost and time to market, triple constraint. On top of that you are managing the transfer and change to the worldwide CS organization;
- Understand critical path of projects and ensures Project Leaders prioritize actions accordingly;
- Interface with Program Manager, Product Manager, Business Architect, Logistics, Finance, Operations, program management, as well as CS field Management and CS Senior Management on various levels. You also interface with key stakeholders and decision makers on executive level;
- Organize actions effectively with focus on 1-2 years based operation execution.

University degree in Physics, Optics, Electronics, IC manufacturing, Process Technology.
Experience
Extensive experience in Project Management in a high tech equipment industry. Preferable several years of line management experience in a Service environment and/or the Semiconductor Industry.
