To complete our Market Operations department, we are looking for a Quality, Safety, Health and Environment Manager.
 
As a Quality, Safety, Health and Environment Manager, your mission will be to ensure the management, training and cooperation between Nespresso and internal/external entities concerning the SHE activities in the Swiss Market. This function is key to ensure the respect of the quality of products sold by Nespresso, the safety and security of our employees/customers and the protection of Nestlé’s image. You will also support proactively crisis management with the Market Operations Manager in order to ensure that the procedure is followed correctly.
 
Key responsibilities
 

• Manage your team by coaching, mentoring, being a role model and achieving the development of each, achieving the objectives and define priorities.
• Ensure the role of the Crisis Coordinator in collaboration with the Market Director.
• Establish and manage risk assessments for Swiss market (shops, POS, Paudex offices, CRC, etc.).
• Ensure the safety and security of our employees and our consumers through training, campaigns and specific instructions.
• Ensure the role of Champion in Security Nestlé Switzerland network.
• Support actively the environmental activities of Swiss Market in support of Market Operations Department with specific employees and maintain/update the recycling system on the Market.
• Ensure Food Security and Hygiene in the Nespresso Swiss units (shops, POS, HO, CRC, etc.) for the benefit of our consumers.

Quality, Safety, Health and Environment Manager Job Requirements

Education and experience
 

• Technical education (HES or Engineer Degree).
• 3-4 years of experience in Security and/or Quality and people management experience a plus
• Experience in integrated management systems (Quality, Safety, Environment).
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving mindset.
• Fluent in French, German and/or Swiss German, good knowledge in English.
