Sales Manager (m/f) Job Description

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Actively champion the development of a sales and marketing strategy for each business unit and coordinate strategy for DS business world-wide
• Identify/pursue new business opportunities to increase DS value consistent with strategic plans
• Play a lead role in business unit pricing decisions
• Coordinate activities to ensure business meets strategic sales objectives
• Play a lead role in maintaining outstanding customer relations
• Perform supervisory responsibilities as appropriate
• Promote company capabilities

Sales Manager (m/f) Job Requirements

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Engineer (Mechanical Engineering or Fahrzeugbau)
• Experience in the automobile or supplier industry (min. 3-5 years)
• German and English fluent in spoken and written
• Good communication skills
• Assertiveness
• Networking and significant customer contact requires the ability to foster and maintain positive internal and external relationships
• Must have highly developed organizational skills including the ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
• Proficient with Microsoft office products - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Ability to work in a dynamic organization
