Senior BSS Solution Architect Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Build up CRM/Omni-channel product/solution with high competitive edge in the market, referencing update industry trend, market, customer requirements and competition in collaboration  with architecture design team. Job outputs include business requirement, key feature and capability, business model, CSP target markets for  CRM/Omni-channel product/solution.        
• Communicate effectively with senior level of key customers on Huawei CRM/Omni-channel Roadmap. Full understanding of key customer  requirements for improving competitive edge of Huawei CRM/Omni-channel product/solution as well as enhancing  Huawei Brand  worldwide.
• Participate as a core member in go-to-market activities in new CRM/Omni-channel product/solution release, including marketing material development, promotional, tracking…etc. activities.
• Dive deep into customer requirements in BSS domain and lead the technical team to provide solutions to customers.
• Provide technical proposals to customers, participating in technical clarification as well as doing product demo.
• Dig out customer real requirements and needs and collaborate with R&D, delivery  and marketing teams…etc, to come up with appropriate product/solution proposals and offers.

Senior BSS Solution Architect Job Requirements

Experience:

• 10+ years of work experience in Telecom CRM domain, 5+ years of work experience in Omni-channel domain. Experience working with European CSPs an advantage..
• Past successful experience on business solution design in Omni-channel projects. Rich experiences and skills of BSS solution planning through industry insight, customer insight and competitor analysis.
• Strong influence and high visibility in the industry: Rich experience in conducting speeches in various industry conferences, workshops with customers of senior levels, article releases…etc. in the industry.
• In-dept knowledge and vision in current CRM/Omni-channel domain e.g. business models, operation models…etc..
• Good relations with regional carriers and in the telecom industry.. Track records with consulting firms an advantage..
• Excellent analytical capability for  communicating and understanding customer requirements.
