Business Development / Sales Support (m/f) Job Description

Within a dynamic and fast growing environment, and working under the supervision of the Business Development Director, your main responsibilities will be:
- Maintain and develop existing client relationships ;
- Prepare and present sales presentations ;
- Prepare weekly and monthly activity report ;
- Generate and develop business plans to attract new business in existing markets or enter new markets ;
- Execute business development strategies and network expansion ;
- Represent our firm to industry events ;
- Contribute to market research, marketing campaigns and the development of marketing material ;
- Develop and implement a communication strategy ;
- Promote the firm on Internet and social media;
- Develop and implement Business Intelligence process.

Business Development / Sales Support (m/f) Job Requirements

• You hold a degree in Finance, Economics or in Marketing, Communication.
• You have an experience of 4 to 6 years in a similar position, ideally within the financial services sector.
• You are fluent in French and English. Any other language will be considered an advantage.
• You display a strong sense of service / customer focus.
• You have excellent organizational skills and a great sense of initiative.
• You are autonomous and proactive.
• You demonstrate business understanding.
• You are enthusiastic and have a strong team spirit.
• You show adaptability and flexibility.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as advanced sales communication and strong presentation skills.
• Excellent MS Office skills are required, especially in using PowerPoint.
• Good understanding and use of the Digital & Social Media is necessary.
