Your main duties and responsibilities:
· On the basis of a product requirement specification to develop a testing strategy, defining a test plan and execute test cases.
· Setting up an automated test environment.
· Documenting results in a test report.
· analyze test results and along with electronics and software engineers follow-up actions proposals.
· Advising on the quality of the product.
· Thinking and advise in improving the test approach in projects.

Your qualifications / competencies:
· Bachelor or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or similar direction
· Experience in structured testing techniques, such as TMAP or ISTQB or simular
· At least 2-3 years experience as a test engineer in a technical environment
· Experience risked based testing and setting up an automated test environment
· Preferably experience in the development and / or testing of embedded software
· Affinity with analog electronics is a strong plus
· Social and communicative team player with a proactive attitude
· Good communication in English, German and Dutch is a plus
