As a Recruitment Consultant, or professional Head Hunter, you will learn, in the first 2-3 months, all the tools of the trade in our biggest office and training centre in Prague.

Every Head Hunter in our company has a niche market they specialise in. This could be in any one of our divisions. In your niche market you are responsible for proactively contacting companies to understand their hiring needs and then proceed to fill those as best as possible. How successful you are in this will influence you earnings to levels that could lead to a six figure salary in 2-3 years time and take your career to leadership positions if you have that ambition.
