Team/division description :
TME Purchasing division is a team around 200 professionals active in various areas
of Purchasing. The selected candidate will be active in the field of Indirect Purchasing.
 
Your responsibilities :
You'll be responsible for a set of technical categories (Services, R&D equipment, Packaging, others…) for which you will:
 
-      Formulate and execute purchasing strategies.
-      Select and manage a capable and competitive supplier base.
-      Lead cost reductions activities in order to meet short term as well as mid to long term cost targets.
-      Lead contract negotiations with suppliers.
-      Set up strong relationship with internal customers.
-      Support purchasing process analysis & optimisation to aim at expanding the scope towards Toyota Pan-European Networks.
-      Manage daily administration such as pricing, queries from customers and carry out reporting. 

Buyer Indirect Purchasing Job Requirements

Your profile :
·         You hold a Master degree or Bachelor degree
·         You have a strong interest in technology (automotive or non-automotive related)
·         You have problem solving skills with a customer focussed mindset
·         You possess the ability to work under pressure
·         You are PC literate {Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
·         You are willing to Travel up to 10%
·         You are fluent in English (TME business language)
·         You have minimum of 2 years of experience ideally in indirect purchasing
·         You have a Toyota DNA, this means you :
