What will you learn and from who?
You will be mentored by our business development manager. That means you will have access to a lot of tech & business knowledge, as well as experience in marketing communications and communicating with A-brands.

A day in the life of a Qreer intern
Between 8.00h / 9.00h - You come in and start the day with a nice cup of coffee or hot thee!
Start your PC and check statistics of how the campaigns are performing
Brainstorm with the team (past/current/upcoming campaigns)
Design and promote campaign material (YouTube video's / Blog / Infographics and more...)
12:00h - Awesome lunch with the team and a nice walk to Eindhoven Airport to get some fresh air and stretch the legs!
Between 16:30h / 17:30h - Finish your To-Do activities and rap up the day by making planning for the next workday. 

p.s. on Friday's we close the week with a VrMiBo / FriAftDr.

You are important
You’re going to get a lot of responsibility. The execution and optimisation of the marketing and social media strategy will be on your key deliverable.

Planning
Because we always have more ideas than time, we’ll need you to plan, choose, prioritize and take into account internal and external elements, and make sure they think about you (us) as well.

Advise, brief & report
We can’t do everything ourselves and we don’t want to. To get things done, it will be important for you to be able to communicate what you want and why internally as well as externally. For example you will have an important role in briefing your team and partners, as well as following up on that brief. Another very important task will be to keep your ear to the ground and tell us what is going on in our market(s) concerning employer branding, international recruitment, recruitment marketing, branding.. etc…

• You’re in the 2n/3rd or last year of communication, marketing or design study(University/HBO level)
• You love a challenge (and winning)
• You have a hands-on and entrepreneurial mentality
• Outgoing and fun personality, the crazier the better
• Awesome design skills
• Wordpress experience
• Have a drive and passion for success
• Good communication skills, verbal and written 
• You’re fluent in English, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and Facebook
• Knowledge of SEO is a plus
