Main technical liaison between customers and Yokogawa project teams located at home office and remote locations.
Analyse customer’s functional requirements and work with customer’s engineers to deliver fit for purpose Safety system solutions.
Supervise a project team that designs, implements and tests system hard- and software. Act as a coach for the application engineers and ensure good co-operation within the project team.
Plan, organize and monitor the work of the project team and provide feedback to the internal project organization regarding the progress of work. Carry out technical quality checks throughout all project execution phases. Guide sub-vendors, review, check and monitor their deliverables.
Co-ordinate internal tests, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
Is responsible for the correct- technical design, implementation and testing for the part of the scope as assigned to within the timeframes as agreed. Provides the technical representative with information regarding the scope as assigned to.Supports the technical representative in discussions with the client as and when required.
Assists the Project Manager with the activity planning and execution of the work.

Minimal 5 years of experience in leading process automation projects.
Technical education (at least Bachelor level), e.g. Information Technology, Chemical Engineering, Operational Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electro technical Engineering, Process Automation etc.
Fluently in Dutch and English (speaking and writing skills). Flexible attitude and problem solving skills. Capable of working independently in the project team or with customers.
Strong communication skills. Understanding and flexible in working with different cultures.
Knowledge of and experience with designing and implementing Safety systems.
