- Main technical liaison between the customer and Yokogawa located at home office and remote locations;
- Analyse customer’s functional requirements and work with customer’s engineers towards sensible system solutions;
- Co-ordinate internal tests, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT);
- Responsible for the correct- technical design, implementation and testing for the part of the scope as assigned to within the timeframes as agreed;
- Willingness to work offshore or overseas to suit project requirements; implementation and test of modifications and commissioning of systems on site;
- Develop customer awareness of Yokogawa DCS engineering capabilities;
- Technical responsibility for all aspects of design, installation, and commissioning of DCS systems.
- 3 to 5 year engineering experience in process automation projects;
- Relevant bachelor or master degree and working experience within the process industry;
- Extensive knowledge of Distributed Control Systems (DCS);
- Fluently in English (speaking and writing skills);
- Willingness to travel both onshore and offshore ;
- Practical, decisive and self-starter;
- Flexible attitude and problem solving skills.
