You will be responsible for embedded software development as part of a multi-disciplinary development team. Your main tasks will be specification, analysis, design, realization and verification of embedded software. As senior engineer you often will have a leading role in the projects. Direct customer contact on technical level is a part of your job. You will also support the organization in problem solving related to products that are being maintained.
As our ideal candidate:
• You hold a bachelor or a master’s degree in technical computer science, electronics engineering or equivalent;
• You have about 5 to 10 years experience in working with different kinds of microcontrollers, real time operating systems and program languages (C, C++);
• You have working experience as a lead engineer in a small development team, where you were accountable for the software planning and the quality of the software;
• You enjoy teamwork; having work experience in a scrum team is a pre;
• You have a basic understanding of Electronics Engineering;
• You are active in maintaining a network in a technical domain;
• You share your knowledge as consultant towards customers;
• You are intrinsically motivated, challenged by complex problems, curious and self-structured;
• You have good communicational skills both in writing and speaking;
• You speak and write fluent English (German is desirable).
