Mechatronic Systems Designer Job Description
As a Mechatronics System Designer you will work on development of high tech systems and advanced high tech modules. You are responsible for specifying and designing mechatronic modules, sub-systems & systems. You work in multi-functional project teams of mechanics, electronics, physics and software experts, apply modern methods and analysis and use knowledge of modern manufacturing and assembly methods.
Mechatronic Systems Designer Job Requirements
Within the scope of experience we are expecting one of the following personal candidate skills:
- You have a pragmatic approach and are able to implement the design and perform possible testing.
- As a developer, you work in a multidisciplinary environment where you work closely with the architect and / or project-leader and you will give direction to the design.
- A specialist knowledge of one or more of the next subjects is requested: precision engineering, accurate positioning, high speed positioning, system dynamics, vacuum technology, modeling & control, signal analysis & processing, measurement, vibration isolation, actuators, sensors, servo systems, motion control.
You have completed a bachelor, master or PhD degree in engineering (electronics, electrical engineering or mechatronics). You have relevant experience in working a multi-disciplined environment. Function relevance, Engineer (1 to 2 years), Designer (min. 3 years), Architect (min. 7 to 8 years). We’re looking for strong communicative personalities with a pragmatic attitude. Sufficient in English or Dutch. Knowledge of the Dutch language isn’t a must. You’re a team player with a multidisciplinary mindset. You’re demanding high quality standards in your work. You have a good career perspective and an ambitious personal grow curve.
