The trainee program lasts for two years. From day one, you will get a full time role and become a vital part of our daily operations. You will get the chance to run projects that will improve our business and truly make a difference.
Throughout the program, you will have a personal mentor and you will stay in frequent touch with our senior management. We focus on both professional and personal development, including educational training in project leading and processes like Lean Six Sigma. We make sure that you get to know different roles, functions, and sites within our organization. Together, we set up clear, ambitious goals for your next career step.
