The Geotechnics department at our office in Rum serves as the centre of technical competence for the entire ILF Group handling geotechnical issues in a large variety of projects, e.g. in the areas of hydraulic engineering, tunnel engineering, environmental engineering, transport engineering, pipeline engineering and alpine engineering. The geotechnical design services for all the national and international large-scale projects are processed and coordinated in this department.
For the Geotechnics department, we are looking for a
Geotechnical Engineer (m/f) with / without expert knowledge in numerical modelling
You will work on geotechnical / numerical modelling and structural analysis of complex tunnelling projects and foundation structures in the onshore and offshore sector. You will design geotechnical / structural concepts for problems in all design phases, and you will work on the implementation of the detailed solution in a team. During the execution phase of the projects there is the additional possibility of working as “geotechnical engineer on site”.
