Your responsibilities
· Export control
o You are responsible for all processes to control the application of the export control legislation. This includes a review of all technologies used in our technical centre and applying for the necessary licenses.
· Confidentiality:
o You are responsible to determine the best processes and rules to guarantee the confidentiality on the Zaventem site
· Management of our central receiving area supplier:
o You will need to control the performance of the supplier responsible for all goods receiving to the site
· Knowledge management:
o You will be responsible for the set-up and governance of the R&D Knowledge Management process (i.e. how to extract, synthesise, centralise and make accessible vehicle development know-how)
Your profile
Good planning and project management skills are a must but alsothe ability to quickly learn, design & implement new processes is necessary.
It is possible that many requests are made at the same time. Being able to remain calm and prioritize all activities based on logical criteria is very important in this job.
Also common to all the specified activities is that there is a lot of interaction with many stakeholders. For this reason the person needs to have
· good communication skills in English (required), Dutch and French (desirable)
· a customer first and service oriented mind-set
In addition it is required to support management decision making by the creation of status reports and clear proposals.
