Branch Manager (f/m) Job Description

■   Providing technical and disciplinary leadership, further developing the local team of experts and supporting staff in our branch office in Tbilisi
■   Taking a multi-disciplinary approach to project management of complex projects in the field of tunnelling and/ or hydropower engineering
■   Supporting project managers by sharing your broad technical expertise and know-how in infrastructure, tunnelling and/or hydropower projects
■   Developing and maintaining business relations at national level in Georgia
■   Coordinating  technical  and  project  management  issues  and  working  closely  with  other  engineering departments and international ILF offices
■   Representing ILF with clients, project partners and authorities in Georgia
■   Taking full responsibility for results and budgets for the branch office

Branch Manager (f/m) Job Requirements

■   A university degree in civil engineering with a specialization in infrastructure, tunnelling or hydropower
■   A minimum of 15 years of experience in infrastructure or hydropower engineering projects
■   Experience gained in an international engineering and consulting environment
■   Experience in business development, management of interdisciplinary project and team leadership
■   Excellent command of English is a must, command of German is an advantage
■   Profound technical know-how, sense of responsibility as well as consultancy and leadership skills
■   Willingness to travel and confident and competent demeanour combined with strong communication skills
