Proposal Manager (m/f) Job Description

■    Analysis of incoming proposal requests
■    Preparation of prequalification documents together with the business development team
■    Preparation of and participation in bid strategy meetings and final coordination with senior management
■    Overall responsibility for the preparation of selected proposals/offers, incl. action lists, time and staffing schedules, financial proposal with price calculations, contractual comments, proposal compilation and submission
■    Coordination of the technical departments and other ILF companies during the bidding phase
■    Coordination with tax and legal experts during bid phase
■    Participation in negotiation meetings with the client

Proposal Manager (m/f) Job Requirements

■    Successfully completed Technical University (e.g. Civil Engineering), ideally with economic knowledge
■    At least five to ten years of work experience at international engineering companies
■    Fluent in English, German is a plus
■    High load capacity, persistent, communicative proficiency
■    Exceptional organizational skills
