Job Mission
As Team lead of the Training Development Support team it is your responsibility to lead the Learning Experts and co-deliver learning projects. The Team Lead directly reports to the director of the Technical Training Center.

Job Description
The Technical Training Center is responsible to support corporate learning. The Department consists of three teams: Back Office and Operations support, Learning Acceleration programs and Learning Development Support.

As the Team Lead (TL) of Learning Development Support team, it is your responsibility to lead this team and co-develop and deliver learning projects.

The Team Lead responsibilities are:

• Sustain a motivated and agile workforce of internal and external learning experts.
• Responsible for professionalizing learning expert group to deliver quality learning products.
• Maintain and report on capacity plan: running activities and project work load balancing.
• Prioritization and optimal allocation and of the learning experts to projects and programs.
• Manages and reports on budget assigned to learning development activities and projects.
• Coordinates and drives timely delivery of quality Learning Products and team departmental targets.
• Contribute with the team to the development and execution of the corporate learning strategy and roadmap.
• Pro-actively reports status and if required, timely escalate on status, risks and issues regarding progress on projects and TDS departmental activities to TTC Manager.
  Support Senior Architect by taking over architecture related tasks when deemed necessary by Director TTC.

Team Lead Learning Experts Job Requirements

Education

• Master or Bachelor degree, preferably in (Business) Science, Technology or an equivalent.
• Is able to demonstrate knowledge and skills in the area of corporate education.

• Proven experience (> 5 years) in preferred technical related educational field,
• Proven experience in leading small learning expertise teams,
• Buy learning solutions from third parties,
• Proven experience with Modern Workplace learning (informal and social learning, collaboration, use of social media),
• Demonstrated ability to achieve goals through operational excellence,
• Demonstrated critical thinking and decision-making skills.

• Up to date on didactical design and interventions:
  - development tools
  - learning intervention techniques
  - IT-tools, applications and latest technology to enhance learning

• Project management
  - Structured and analytical approach
  - Timely and transparent reporting on progress, results, risks and issues
  - Timely risk and issue management of portfolio of learning projects and activities team
  - Deliver projects according to agreed project initiation document, plan and timing
  - Timely delivery of quality learning programs following ADDIE method
  - Timely escalation of risks and issues in course delivery to Technical Training Center Manager
  - Identify opportunities for collaboration and faster course development
