We are now looking for a Junior SW Developer to join our Application Services team in our Kalmar office to help our customers solve their most critical business challenges and gain competitive edge!
So, what do we do at Application Services in Tieto? We develop, support and maintain applications in a controlled and effective way throughout the application life cycle. In your role as a Junior SW Developer you will support and participate in customer assignments. You will be part of one of our agile inspired delivery teams and you will have an appointed mentor, along with support from everybody in the team, to develop yourself to become more experienced in the field of software development. In this role, you will learn, support and contribute in technical solutions, SW design and implementations and you will be part of all phase from sales, design, development to maintenance and support in close cooperation and together with our sales team, management and customer.
Your profile

You are proactive and service-minded in your work, self-motivated and have the confidence to take on responsibility and curious to learn new things every day. We work with agile inspired delivery/project teams so it is important that you value accountability in yourself and in others as we often work in challenging projects where each and everyone’s effort is equally important.
We believe that you have a relevant academic degree and a couple of years’ experience in software development. We are looking for junior talents with an interest and hunger to develop and learn new things every day. In this role is it important that you are fluent in both Swedish and English.
