What does the role involve?
As part of our interdisciplinary technical service team, a wide range of tasks awaits you. By being responsible for executing sample inspections (changes to products) you adapt product formulations initiated for instance by changed chemical regulations and environmental requirements considering involvement and requirements of third party controls. Your main tasks are planning and executing of required internal and external testing including analysing and assessing the obtained results. Finally, you are responsible for releasing and approving the required change including proper documentation in accordance with internal and external guidelines and regulations. Furthermore, you offer technical support on customer inquiries and application questions for our fire stop products. Lastly you reply on customer requests with respect to approval scope and chemical/physical product properties of our products.
The mission statement of the business unit fire protection is “Save lifes, protect assets and improve building performance”. You have the chance to make a major contribution through driving innovation in passive firestop systems.
