DUV Install/Relocation Project Leader- Wuxi Job Description

Introduction
Within ASML the Customer Support (CS) group, DUV Install/Relocation Dept prepares and executes install or relocation activities on ASML DUV systems WW. Current ththis jobe is opend for FF DUV/YS I&R China,  In this role project leader, you are responsible for preparation, tool/manpower plan, customer communcioation, 3rd party managing, coordinators and ICT target. 

Job Mission 
As DUV Install/Relocaiotn project Leader you are responsible for managing internal resource and escalation to meet committed ICT, and customer communication.
you will also have internal alignment with TF (OL/TIC), logistic, 3rd parties  and local CS field offices as well as external with customers while onsite.

Job Description 

• The DUV Install/Relocations Project leader will work with the DUV WW Install/Relocations staff and Team Leaders, output leader of TF and logistic to plan and make all necessary preparations for the on-time execution of the Install/Relocations.
• Coordinate, monitor and drive installation/relocation project activities, manage the  risks and resources and take corrective actions when necessary
• Build, maintain and utilize a network of in- and external stakeholders / partners and represent the project within the organization
• Provide insights regarding quantitative and qualitative developments by means of periodical, labor hours & parts usage reports and/or analyses, enables management and/or other stakeholders to make (timely) decisions and determine or adjust project plan or WOW
• Completion of project objectives, continuous improvement of (comparable) project management and acceptance of end product by customer emergency calls, monitor and co-ordinate technical escalations.
• Maintain field service administration, produce timely reports of install/relocation  results, prepare or review technical reports.
• Continuous improvement on safety, quality, cycle time, efficiency and costs

DUV Install/Relocation Project Leader- Wuxi Job Requirements

Education
Masters technical degree in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, and Computer Science.

Experience 

• At least 5 years’ relevant work experience in ASML as an Engineer or Supervisor an in a CS support department.
• At least 2-3 years of ASML with some supervisory or project coordination experience is preferred.

• Ability to motivate, drive and influence others at all levels of the organization.
• Motivated, pro-active, self-driven and flexible.
• Highly stress-resistant.
• Good team player who is committed to the success of ASML.
• Multitasker with the ability to work in different and difficult working environment.
• Good documentation skills.
