    Salary:            £50,000 plus Bonus
     
    We are seeking a Sales Manager to join a one of the world’s most admired software companies. As Sales Manager, you will be leading the sales consultants to drive new business and deliver efficient growth. You will be reporting into the UK Customer Care and Sales Manager.
     
    Sales Manager’s Responsibilities:

    • Building a team of 9-12 sales consultants, by preparing, managing and balancing teams and individual objectives
    • Make clear and effective decisions on long and short term business precedence and making recommending actions based on progress to goal
    • Aligning the team with the business objectives and stakeholders, whilst owning, outlining, goal setting and achieving results
    • Recognising, analysing and executing process improvements, increasing team productivity and improving end to end customer experience
    • Engaging across teams, with managers and individuals in marketing, sales, support and account management to drive projects
    • Provide advice to strategy setting and decision making regarding frontline issues
    • Calibrate, monitor performance and making course correction
    • Owning the end-to-end performance management for your staff
    • Regularly assessing your team members capabilities and provide timely and constructive feedback to the individual and their manager
    • Interview and select a diverse and gifted team with assistance from the senior management team
    • You will manage and track incentive and motivational plans

    • You will be an expert in managing all aspects of direct telesales- online, offline and mobile
    • You have previously excelled in roles that have improved customer journey and life time value for online offerings
