MPS System Install Engineer Job Description

Introduction
Perform used PAS system refurbishment from Final-Assembly to Testing. Travel with the output system to customer site for system installation and complete task on time with quality exceeding customers’ expectation.

Job Description

• Install ASML equipment 
• Evaluate and diagnose problems and make appropriate repairs
• Acquire sufficient knowledge of new and established products and processes
• Analytical Thinking | Provide the information to enable effective trouble shooting
• Helicopter-view | Anticipate on possible issues on the progress of the install
• Quality Control | Closing the Improvement loop regarding product quality & design 
• Ambassador role | represent ASML at the customer’s site in a professional way
• Communicative Skills | Handle customer matters & request in a professional way
• Knowledge sharing | Be the source for actual technical knowledge of new and existing products 
• Clear Reporting | Written technical reports on daily base to various stakeholders in organization
• Awareness of usage of high cost tools, materials and equipment
• Work with co-workers (subcontractors, agents), customer & local field support , factory install engineers
• Ability to analyze, concentrate and structure 
• To be service minded, to have good communication skills, to be a teamworker 

MPS System Install Engineer Job Requirements

Education

• BSc level above at engineering background, MSc. is preferred.
• Experience at equipment maintenance and service is a plus.
• Familiar with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Fluent English Skill.

• Knowledge in factory refurbishment sequences or proven records/capability of learning complex subjects in 6 month time frame  Personal skills• Ability to communicate in English & Mandarin
• Pro-active attitude and taking initiative
• Analytical skills
• Helicopter view 
• Flexible but result driven
• Team player with excellent communication skills in a multicultural work environment
• Extensive equipment engineering or manufacturing experience (3-5 years) in a high-tech equipment industry
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Knowledge of Office Excel and PowerPoint is a plus
