Introduction
We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Continuous Improvement team. In this position you support our Supply Chain Product Lifecycle department towards operational excellence. You will be part of a team with ambitious Supply Chain Experts. You will represent our department in translating our business requirements into analytic solutions, supported by state-of-the-art data structures. Job Description
In this job you report to the SC PLM Manager Continuous Improvement and Operational Support.
Supply Chain Product Lifecycle Management (SC PLM) manages the Supply Chain phase-in and phase-out of ASML products. You will:

• Work with PLM process owners to gather and translate requirements, use cases and prototypes into analytic solutions (reporting, data analysis, workflow tools or process mining);
• Ensure analytics solution meets the business requirements;Analyze and document as-is state, to-be state, and the functionality required to bridge any gap;
• Be part of SCM Excellence Functional analysts community – with representatives of other SCM subsectors – to continuous improve our way of working, required tools and data structures while ensuring access to and use of required data from business tools; 
• Support in developing easy and quick solutions for day-to-day challenges to become a lean organization; Support in breakthrough way of working solutions to increase effectiveness and efficiency of our teams; 
• Train our SC PLM teams in existing and newly created IT solutions and in the use of generic supporting tools.

PLM - Business Intelligence Analyst Job Requirements

Education
MSc in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain / Logistics

Experience
2-5 years work experience Experience in process development and IT related automation of processes,Experience with SAP ECC / HANAStrong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (e.g. TIBCO/Spotfire, SQL)

Personal skills
​​​​​​​Team player who can work cross functionally; Strong analytical skills and structure problem solving; Experience in planning and logistics processes in a high-tech, low-volume environment; Continuous improvement orientated - lean manufacturing or green belt accreditation preferable. 

Context of the position
Supply Chain Management is responsible for all inbound and outbound flows to and from the factories, ensuring material availability at the right quality and cost, now and in the future. Product Lifecycle Management is part of Supply Chain Management. Strong interfaces exist with Development and regular supply chain departments such as Customer Supply Chain Management, Supplier Network Management, Sourcing Logistics, Production Planning, System Test and Integration and Sourcing.
