Job Mission
As a senior BPM architect, you will be part of a team. Together with other Senior BPM architects you will develop a vision for and drive the implementation of the BPM framework, its governance, tooling, communication, training and any other aspect related to successfully supporting ASML with a value-added BPM system. The BPM System is fundamental to deliver quality products and services, to maintain efficiency targets, and to drive continuous improvements.

Job Description
Develop a vision for the BPM system in line with ASML’s strategic goals

• Create and maintain a roadmap for improvements to the BPM system
• Implement the roadmap over time including progress monitoring, selecting and securing resources, and other operational aspects of ‘rolling out’ the roadmap activities
• Stakeholder management to collect input and support for the roadmap as well as prepare for the implementation 
• Pro-actively provide advice, in relation to the BPM system, process architecture, and its governance
• Ensure that the (IT) tooling is able to support the mission as well as user requirements, now and in the future
• Secure that our BPM System, as part of ASML’s worldwide Quality Management System, is compliant to the International ISO 9001 standard. 
• Guide and pro-actively support the ASML organization, on all levels, to ensure there is knowledge and commitment to use the BPM system
• Provide training to improve BPM knowledge across the organization and facilitate workshops to engage stakeholders in the continuous improvement cycle of the BPM system
• Understand and connect the business challenges of the stakeholders and convert these into matching solutions in the BPM system

Senior Business Process Management Architect Job Requirements

Education
Master degree [MBA or MSc] with relevant experience

Experience
The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years of Business experience in the field of Business Process Management. 

• Know-how of Quality Management Systems;
• Experience with professional Business Process Management tooling, preferably ARIS.Personal skills Demonstrates detailed knowledge of the overall management/ business control processes
• Is able to influence key stakeholders in strategic decisions
• Understanding of how to effect sustainable change in large organizations, ability to effectively challenge [senior] leaders
• Ability to use creative and innovative problem diagnosis and solving techniques combined with a pragmatic approach to implementing solutions
• Ability to apply process thinking, process design and process improvement methodologies
• Ability to work autonomously and drive for sustainable impact
• Client focused and commitment to excellence
• Strong communication skills; able to create understanding on complex topics
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills and able to deal with resistance
• Strong mentoring and coaching skills
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
