Product Manager Reliability Upgrades Job Description

Introduction
The installed base of ASML’s XT and NXT systems in the field is
growing every year, but also getting older. The demand of our customers is
growing to develop special upgrades packages that positively influence the
reliability and availability of experienced systems. As the Product Manager DUV
Reliability Upgrades your mission will be to untap the potential of this market
demand for Reliability Upgrades, develop the right products and initiate
business development until product delivery in close cooperation with our Sales
and Customer Support colleagues in the field. Are you able to capture customer
needs? And do you have the interpersonal and commercial skills to create the
right solutions closely working together with multiple departments? Then this

Job Description
In this new role, you will start exploring the real needs of our
main customers when it comes to upgrading experienced XT and NXT systems. This
should lead to a product description and development of new upgrade products in
close cooperation with relevant sectors such as Customer Support, Development
& Engineering, Supply Chain Management and the Field Factory following the
PGP process. You will be representing DUV Product Management in a Product Team
securing that all customer requirements are secured in the new product.

Bringing the new product(s) to the market, explaining our
customers about the content, elaborate on the value proposition and create
customer awareness and interest ultimately leading to selling the product is
are key activities part of this role.

This is a challenging role that gives you the opportunity to contribute
to the top and bottom line of Business Line DUV by managing all related
marketing activities and enables you to run part of the business.

 

Product Manager Reliability Upgrades Job Requirements

Education
Master degree in a technical study
 Experience
·       >10 years of experience at ASML or another high tech company.
·       Experience in balancing between own company and customer priorities
·       Extensive experience in managing a difficult stakeholder landscape
·       Technical knowledge about the ASML systems or comparable (automotive, aerospace)

Personal skills
·       You are a fast starter, being able to understand to business context quickly and translating
this into actions
·       You have agood sense for the needs of our customer and a commercial sense to create value for ASML and her customers
·       Your strong technical content and system understanding are valuable assets to translate
customer needs into products
·       You are quick to analyze the problem case at hand and know how to set priorities
between different alternatives or deliverables.
·       You are a connector and effective communicator. You coordinate alignment between (highlevel) stakeholders and therefore have excellent communication skills and
well-developed political antennas. You know how to influence without power
·       And you area real team player, working closely together with different sectors, achieving
joint targets and celebrate success

Context of the position
This position is in the DUV Field Upgrades & Options team. This team
is partly accountable for the great results our company is able to show,
quarter after quarter, year after year and strongly contributes to the growth
