Introduction
Within ASML, the Customer Support (CS) group is responsible for the maintenance, repair and continuous improvement of ASML systems at customer locations. One of the departments in this group is Field Factory (FF) Department comprised of 3 separate groups which perform Installs, Relocations and Upgrades.
Job Mission
•Support the installation regarding materials of tooling and parts for every stage.
• Minimize the missing rate of components.
• Recognize when help is needed and accurately conduct type of help is needed and know how to escalate.
Job Description
• Ensure all materials are available in the FAB on time for every stage of installation. And make appropriate escalation when material is delayed from worldwide.
• Close work with SIE/material handler to report defects, missing or wrong parts and tools within, and take corrective action to prevent installation delays.
• Work with logistics team to ensure tooling calibrations are up to date to prevent impact on installation.
• Conduct administrative processing of transactions such as maintaining the build-in/build-out/DOA list in order to maintain a correct configuration of the installed machine in SAP.
• Work with 3rd party warehouse to follow the proper way of working while ordering/returning materials, and their delivery to and from customer site.
• To track the materials regarding installing machine in an organized way, accurately maintain an internal updated spreadsheet with all material in and out from fab
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or experience in related field.
Experience
• Experience in Logistic field importing and exporting material between company and customer site.
• Good to have foreign party experience.

• Good team player who is committed to the success of ASML.
• Works well with cross cultural teams.
• Displays ownership and accountability for his/her personal actions.
• Take the lead during escalations, identifies gaps, and acts to correct the gaps.
• Self-sufficient in daily work, ability to prioritize activities in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Collaborate with a broad range of engineers to ensure materials deliver on time.
• Good documentation skills using Microsoft Office, SAP and service order software.
• Good customer skills including active listening to their specific concerns, communicate ASML actions accurately, resolve their immediate concerns by being transparent and matching the urgency of their current needs.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
Other information
• Flexibility to travel to other sites in region with short notice.
• This position may require “on call” duty depending on assignment.
