Learning Program Manager Job Description

Introduction
Are you enthusiastic about learning in organizational context? Do you know how to make acquiring new knowledge and skills both enjoyable and effective? In this role you are the learning Program Manager for various curricula. You will be responsible for development, maintenance and deployment of multiple curricula. You will act as a liaison between the training center and the internal customer.

Job Mission
You will work in the training department as a Program (or Curriculum) Manager. You are successful when the training needs of the internal customer are met and aligned with capacity of the D&E Training Center.

Job Description
You will focus on development of the curriculum for several large transformative programs. You will ensure all learning questions, technical, behavior and skills related, are answered. For this you will work closely together with Learning Experts who provide knowledge and experience related to learning methods as well as with Subject Matter Experts (SME).
You are skilled in project management methodologies both operational as well as theoretical. You are able to plan and act within a triple constraint.

Your main responsibilities will be:
-Coordinate between the Training Center and internal customer
-Implement a communication and marketing strategy
-Continuously improve the existing curriculum
-e-Learnings
-Classroom trainings
-Examination and certification
-Operational support of arising issues
-Support with Social Learning

Education
-Master or Bachelor degree 
-Gained knowledge and skills on corporate education
-Affinity with Project Management preferably backed with certifications of Prince2 / PMBOK or alike

Experience
-Proven experience building up a learning curriculum 
-Affinity with high tech working environment
-Quality experience in a high innovative environment
-Buy learning solutions from third parties
-Experience with Modern Workplace learning (informal and social learning, collaboration, use of social media).
