Overview
The SAP Practice team, part of a Solutions Delivery Team, is responsible for delivering business solutions and changes within our ‘core’ business process systems and applications. A large and complex SAP implementation, in terms of scale and function, with significant integration points to non SAP systems is used at the RS sites across Europe. The SAP systems include ERP, CRM, Mobile, BW, Portal, CE and Sol Man. The team delivers solutions to support a significant business change agenda with the contention of an upgrade and roll out challenge.
About the role
In partnership with internal and external colleagues, to deliver SAP based solutions that meet the changing needs of the business. This may be within the existing SAP applications portfolio or new components where appropriate.
The applications will support our global business processes, which has a direct impact on the daily operations of the business globally.
What we’re looking for
Knowledge and Experience
Essential
Good understanding and ability to communicate how underlying applications support business processes.
Excellent business knowledge of CRM systems, solutions, operations, and processes, gained through a combination of SAP technical expertise and practical business experience. Specific experience of order, marketing and field sales processes
Desirable
Experience of developing SD processes
SAP Certification
Experience of implementing solutions in SAP CRM 7
