Organization:

Our client is a compact ICT organization that optimizes information systems within organizations through Enterprise Content Management (ECM). Their customers are located throughout the country. The organization holds an office in the region Utrecht.

They focus particularly on the flexibilization of complex business processes. To do this, they deliver made-to-measure in implementing a number of specific software packages and workflow methodologies. Employees are enthusiastic and enterprising. Respectful and thoughtful with each other and to the principals. Due to ongoing growth they want to strengthen their team with an implementation consultant.
 
Function:

As a consultant you deploy, implement and configure selected software packages at our clients. You make technical analyses and designs. You give presentations, trainings and workshops. Your interlocutors are very diverse, from (end-) users to management. In addition, you contribute to the development of the products and services of our customer. It is basically a function with a technical component that also appeals to your communication skills. You work from home or office, at a customer site. You sit on average 2 to 3 days per week at the customer site.

Profile:

• Knowledge and experience regarding process management;
• Bachelor work and thinking level, direction Informatics or business administration;
• Knowledge and experience with process or workflow software is an advantage;
• Good social and communicative skills;
• Willing to travel to customers in the country;
• Enthusiastic and enterprising;
• Relevant work experience.
