Microsoft Technical Architect Job Requirements
Mandatory Skills
- In-depth understanding of the Microsoft technology and product landscape
- Knowledge of infrastructure design, capacity planning and guidelines for Microsoft solutions
- Ability to estimate effort for solutions based on proposed architecture/design
- Keen interest in technology, current trends and best practices
- Strong Commercial Awareness
- Experience of Object Oriented Design and Pattern based approach to development
- Experience of Agile, Waterfall and Unified Process Based Delivery Methodologies.
Desirable Skills - Strong understanding of one or more of the Microsoft products - particularly SharePoint 2010 or Dynamics CRM
- Experience in SilverLight and /or Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF)
- Experience in claims based authentication including Windows Identity Foundation (WIF)
- Experience of Usability and Accessible Application Design.
