Now we would like to expand our Personal Care Global Marketing Team in Frankfurt and we are looking for a Global Technical Marketing Manager.
Position duties:
- In this role you will work closely with marketing and application development teams
- Extract market insights from multiple sources of information and identify the opportunities for the business at global level
- Support market intelligence workstream (market size, competitor monitoring, brand analysis, consumer trends and customer unmet needs)
- Develop and build on the marketing story / inspiring concept applying tools, guidelines and best practices
- Contribute in the development of customer relationship and product curiosity

Requirements:
- We are looking for someone who has experience (at least 3 years) in the area of consumers & customers understanding with an inquisitive and questioning nature
- Successful candidates will have an insatiable desire to understand consumers / customers and the drive to turn insights into winning innovations
- Excellent communication, influencing skills and interpersonal skills
- Experience of working in multifunctional teams
- Proven ability to interpret complex market research analysis data, from multiple sources, for clear insights / conclusions and communication to a variety of audiences
- Problem solving skills with practical creativity
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Good coordination and organisation skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Natural Sciences (Chemistry, Biochemistry etc.) with focus on Sensory or market research analysis
