We are searching for smart, energetic and passionate Software Development Engineers to solve complex technical problems and to work with engineering and business teams distributed across the globe.
Amazon's Customer Service (CS) department is seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer (SDE) to join the team. The successful candidate will work within the EU CS Solutions team and own the delivery of technical changes from a strong roadmap of projects. The projects range from introducing new self-service workflows for customers to access from the website to new Email, Push and SMS notifications. The candidate will gain a vast amount of experience in a short time period by working with various technical teams from across the globe on an away team model basis.
As an EU CS Solutions SDE, you will take the lead on building innovative solutions for to address the root causes of defects. You will also own the technical relationships with the business teams. You will have a strong bias for action, invent and simplify, insist on the highest standards and deliver results.
This position can be ideally be based in Luxembourg however will consider the position to be located in any EU CS ((Cork, Edinburgh, Regensburg, Berlin, Rabat, Cagliari) or corporate site (Paris, Madrid, Milan, Luxembourg).
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
