Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit?

Verder ontwikkelen en implementeren van het Lely product-ontwikkelproces;
Optreden als projectleider van verbeterprojecten op de afdeling;
Nemen van initiatief om verbeterpotentieel te identificeren en te vertalen naar concrete acties;
Coachen en begeleiden van collega’s bij het borgen van de proces- en verbetercultuur;
Faciliteren van brainstormsessies en workshops om kennis te verkrijgen, te delen en te borgen;
Analyseren van data en het vertalen van de uitkomsten naar KPI’s en visualisaties;
Op het juiste moment gebruik maken van de juiste tools en methodieken.

In deze dynamische rol wordt er dus aanspraak gemaakt op jouw analytisch en probleemoplossend vermogen, jouw resultaatgerichtheid, het stimuleren van innovatie en het motiveren, betrekken en verbinden van mensen.

Continuous Improvement Specialist Job Requirements

Wij zijn op zoek naar een inspirerende en verbindende persoonlijkheid. Verder:

Heb je minimaal een Bachelor degree;
Ben je Lean Six Sigma Green Belt gecertificeerd (theorie en praktijk);
Heb je minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring als (interne) consultant;
Heb je aantoonbare ervaring met (statistische) data-analyses en continu verbeteren (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, 5S);
Ben je analytisch, resultaat- en actiegericht, doortastend en tactvol;
Heb je een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.

Daarnaast kom je goed tot je recht in een dynamische en lerende organisatie.
