IT Helpdesk Team Leader Job Requirements

Profile of a Team Leader:

•Experiences in using a service desk tool (ticket system)
•Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
•Good understanding of IT infrastructures (PC, Printer, Network, TCP/IP, technologies like Intranet/Internet, WWW, email, etc.)
•Fluent Polish, Czech/Slovak, Russian (little accent accepted)
•Fluent English
•Experiences and strong involvement in team Management
•Experiences in implementing and driving of continuous knowledge   management/transfer processes between different teams
•Experiences in defining and describing standards for the daily work of a helpdesk agent
•Good knowledge in project management
•Experience/knowledge in behaving on phone supporting IT users
•Positive and friendly mentality/attitude
•Strong service and problem solving orientation
•Ability to cope with heavy workload in peak times in a Service Desk
