Support Manager Job Description

Qmagic IT Professionals is seeking a Support Manager (Rotterdam) Full time (32-40 hours per week).

You come to work at one of the fastest growing companies in The Netherlands with reputable clients. We deliver a powerful application platform and have now more than 20,000 users worldwide. We are a flat, informal organization with highly skilled Professionals, within which you will receive the necessary decision-making powers!

We are looking for someone who is energetic, vigorously and to expand the current small support Department!

The function:

As Support Manager you have a very challenging role that consists of a combination of delivering product support worldwide to customers and driving and coaching your team. Since the support Department still should be set up largely, you are also responsible for recruitment and further development of your team. You know how to make an important contribution to improve the Service Level Management process, including agreements with our customers in this area. You work as a frontman and you have many customer contacts, you indirect function as a leader in addition to your process monitoring role. We are seeking a Support Manager who knows how to turn customer satisfaction is paramount and additionally knows how to motivate and inspire the team!

Support Manager Job Requirements

Profile:

• Minimally Bachelors degree in Business Engineering/Software/IT
• You have 3 to 5 years experience as a Support Manager at a software vendor;
• You have knowledge of ITIL;
• You are pro-active, results-oriented, service-oriented, independent and know to preserve the outline;
• You are communicative and have social skills and sense of proportion;
• Excellent written and oral command of the English language.
