Role Overview
A requirement has arisen for a Senior Electrical Designer based from our Darlington office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery of Electrical Design deliverables to safety, quality, cost and time parameters including interdisciplinary co-ordination
• Preparation of SLD’s, Schematics, Termination Drawings and Layouts in CAD format
• Preparation of Schedules and Data Sheets in Excel systems format
• Preparation of Cable Sizing and Lighting Calculations by proprietary software or hand
• PDMS Operator(Optional)
• Quality and safety of designs
• Communicating information to teams
• Continual improvement in productivity
• Reporting to the Electrical Lead Engineer

Senior Electrical Designer Job Requirements

• Experience as Electrical Designer in Oil, Gas, and Industrial type projects
• Experience in CAD
• Work Pack Production
• Job Card Preparation/Allocation Sheets
• Weight Control Data Sheets
• Estimating construction Task Durations
• Time spent offshore conducting surveys
