Main tasks
working on the design and enhancement of our product portfolio you will ideally be qualified to degree level in mechanical engineering with experience in specifying and designing technically challenging equipment. You should have a thorough understanding of fundamental mechanical engineering principles and related fields (materials, stress / strain, heat transfer, polymers, optics, etc). Interested in leading assigned projects from the idea to the production process.
You will be familiar with a 3D CAD package and be able to perform detailed engineering calculations. You must be well organised, motivated and a good all round communicator. You should also have an inquisitive attitude with an interest in gaining an understanding of related disciplines. Knowledge of project management would be an advantage.
