AERODYNAMICS ENGINEER Job Description

Responsibilities: The Aerodynamics Engineer is responsible for defining and producing safe, cost effective, reliable and maintainable gas turbine generator sets. The main responsibilities are:

• Performing CFD simulations of gas turbine components and related systems
• Performing gas turbine performance calculations and simulations
• Performing experimental test campaigns
• Providing technical support to customers and colleagues

AERODYNAMICS ENGINEER Job Requirements

• University Degree: Mechanical Engineer or similar with a MEng, MSc or equivalent
• Strong background in Fluid Mechanics
• Experience with Linux clusters
• Knowledge about gas turbines and combustion is an advantage but not required
• Experience using OpenFOAM is an advantage but not required
