Product Engineer (m/f) Job Description

Function:
 
You are responsible for the development of production equipment for new products and for optimization of existing products. In the design phase, you bring in your knowledge on manufacturability (testing/analyzing) and optimizing the design. You advise on the raw and auxiliary materials to use and you make calculations. During the realisation phase you focus on the mold (specification, construction), the establishment of quality requirements, auxiliary equipment, raw and auxiliary materials, colourings and you mentor pilot productions and you take care for the pilto run and transfer to the production.

Profile:
 

• You have at least a bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, for example plastics, production, molding technique.
• You have several years experience with coordinating and guiding implementation projects.
• You're accustomed to profiling yourself in project teams; a real team player.
• Furthermore, you combine a good analytical ability with technical insight, an innovative institution and stress resistance.
• You are strong in creating solutions for customers and suppliers.
• Knowledge of the English and German language is desired.
