Strategic Business Consulting Firm is looking for young entrepreneurs in Life Sciences. Our client is an independent European Business consulting company specialized in the Life Sciences, Chemical and Energy industries. The scope of their advisory activities encompasses marketing, strategy, and R&D at the interface between science and business. There is a team of 180 employees based in France, in Europe (Brussels, Köln, Lausanne) and the US (Princeton).
Your mission:
- You join the company as a Business Development Manager in order to develop our activities in Belgium.
- You build up and develop a client portfolio (Life science companies in Wallonia and Brussels, Belgian pharma subsidiaries, etc.)
- You meet and negotiate with top decision-makers and identify their issues and needs
- You define adapted methodologies and elaborate commercial proposals
- You are the interface between your client and internal team of consultants
- Your goal: become Manager of a Business Unit: once you have proved yourself, you take responsibilities in our activity, helping in the creation of our office in Brussels and becoming a manager at the core of the company development!

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERS LIFE SCIENCES BENELUX (BELGIUM) Job Requirements
Your profile:
- You have a Graduate or a Postgraduate degree: Master of Science or PhD,
- Master of Business with a strong interest in science
- You are a beginner or you already have a first work experience (3 years at a maximum)
- Ideally you are already experienced in or you have knowledge of the Life Science industry
- You are multinlingual, French OR Dutch AND English are both mandatory
Required competencies: Relational and commercial abilities, entrepreneurship, taste for sales and
challenges, tenacity, ambition,– creativity.
