In order to make that happen, an optimal process control philosophy must be in place. The process control architecture and systems, to support this philosophy, must be in an optimal shape.
The Challenge
As a Junior Control Systems Engineer @ Sitech you’re challenge is to design an implement an optimal philosophy that controls our customers’ plants in a safe, reliable and cost-efficient way. You initiate improvement studies & proposals in the process automation domain. You supply 2nd line troubleshooting toward the Running Business organization. Within Sitech Operation Support you have the opportunity to build and apply your knowledge of process technology combined with (advanced) process control equipment and applications.
The ideal Candidate
- M.Sc. Systems & Control, Applied Physics, Process Control, Process System Engineering, Electro-Mechanical, Chemical or equivalent;
- Strong drive for continuous development;
- Fluent in English and Dutch (or willingness to learn Dutch);
- Familiar with work processes like Plan-Do-Check-Act, Asset Utilization or Improve Plant.
