For our client IBM CSS D we are looking for Technical Customer Service Representative German / English for the Erfurt site.

Your tasks:

• You take over the technical support for end users of the frontdesk customers
• You provide assistance by phone and e-mail in the following areas: PrinterWindows XP platform (Windows 7) with standard software (Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, etc.) customer-specific applications.
• You take over administration abandonment
• You solve detailed error messages with the help and support of the knowledge base and tools
• You provide support in German and English

Educational qualifications:

Experience in the telephone end-user support
Good knowledge of the following IT areas:

• Mainframe / Host application - not necessarily
• PRMS experience advantageous but not essential
• Operating Systems: Windows XP, Windows 7, Mainframe (os390) (advantageous)
• Applications: Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Lotus Notes 8.x, MS Visio, Citrix ICA Client
• Active Directory
• General computer skills (hardware, connect peripheral devices)
