MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER

Department:
Development Engineering

Responsibilities:
The Mechanical Design Engineer is responsible for defining and producing safe, cost effective, reliable and maintainable gas turbines.

The main responsibilities are:

• Design of gas turbine components
• Producing manufacturing drawings and specifications
• Performing analytical engineering tasks
• Providing technical support to manufacturers and colleagues
• Preparing OPRA-specific documents and manuals

MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER Job Requirements

Qualifications: 

• University degree (MSc)in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 0-3 years of experience
• Fluency in English is essential
• Software skills including SolidWorks and AUTO CAD or equivalent
• Experience with FEA
